Our gourmet sweet corn is hand harvested early each morning by Tom Jordan, Tim Jordan, William Jordan & Elizabeth Jordan, brought straight into the storefront, and it is on your table by lunch. We don't think it can get any better!
Planting starts with seeds in trays in early March. We raise the plants from day one. As the ground warms up and the seeds become strong healthy plants, we transplant them to the field. We use as little chemicals as possible on our farm. However the produce is NOT organic. We have been raising produce on this farm for over 25 years!
We grow a wide selection of fruits and vegetables such as: Sweet corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers, jalapeno and pablano peppers,red, yellow, and green onions, beets, blue lake and half runner green beans, cucumbers, cabbage, zucchini, peaches, apples, red raspberries, black raspberries, blackberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, specialty melons, asparagus, eggplant, acorn, butternut, and spaghetti squash, and pumpkins.
