Opening Thursday, May 7 this year!

Store hours will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Noon to 4 p.m. until we open for the regular season. We have bedding plants and many new floral and gift items!

That's the only way to describe our farm fresh, juicy, tender sweet corn!

The Difference is in our name: Today's Harvest!

That's when we picked the corn and fresh vegetables we are selling you- Today! This morning, while you were perhaps still snuggled in your bed, we were in the fields picking today's harvest.

What difference does it make?

Once an ear of corn has been taken off the stalk, the sugars we all enjoy begin to turn to starch. By the time the corn is harvested and finds it way to traditional supermarket shelves, not to mention, your kitchen table, it could be weeks old! We'll pick it this morning, you cook it tonight...and you'll taste the delicious difference!

Fresh vegetables taste better, and are more nutritiousWe grow our vegetables to sell directly to you!

That means our corn is sweeter, and our tomatoes have a more tender skin and that good, old fashion rich tomato taste. Selling directly to you, we don't have to grow vegetables that "ship well", and are usually picked green.

We plant up to 8 times throughout the spring and summer, and each time, we plant several varieties to assure you a steady supply of tasty, tender, incrediblicious sweet corn.

So what do we do with yesterday's corn?

Day old corn is donated to local food banks, soup kitchens, and others who serve people in need of a little assistance. Remember, our day-old corn may well be two weeks fresher than what you used to buy at the supermarket before you discovered Today's Harvest!

Fall Season

We have an incredible fall season planned this year!

Pumpkins, Mums, & Decorations

Today's Harvest is definitely one of the best places around for big, round, bright orange pumpkins; gorgeous, healthy mums, and a great variety of fall corn stalks, Indian corn, gourds, and squash.
